RWBHC Member Survey

The ClubMark accreditation encourages clubs to prepare a Development Plan to outline the current status of the club, its future aims and aspirations, and what actions are required to achieve those.

Such a development plan cannot be drafted by Committee alone but requires input from the wider club membership to ensure that any aims and objectives are reflective of all club members and capture the wishes and aspirations of all members.

The basic format of a Development Plan considers the following:
•    The Club Vision.
•    The current position and health of the club.
•    Short, medium and long-term goals.
•    Actions by which those goals might be achieved.
•    Review schedule.

This survey is an opportunity for you to engage in the preparation of our club’s development plan.

Our current Club Constitution lists the following as our objectives:

2.1 The Club is formed to play the game of hockey under the rules of hockey being prescribed by England Hockey.
2.2 The Club may carry on any allied or ancillary activity approved by the Committee.
